Where Conscious Insight Meets
Subconscious Healing
A structured therapeutic framework integrating psychotherapy, clinical hypnosis, and nervous system processing to support deep and lasting psychological change
*All Therapy Sessions Are Conducted Virtually*
WORKING AT THE CONSCIOUS AND SUBCONSCIOUS LEVELS
Many people seek therapy with a clear sense that something internally is not working, even if it is difficult to articulate.
Emotional patterns often develop across the mind, nervous system, and body. When these systems are addressed together, therapy can support deeper and more sustainable change.
The Level Up Method integrates several therapeutic approaches to work across these layers.
All sessions are conducted virtually through secure video, allowing clients to engage in the work from wherever they feel most comfortable and private.

THERAPEUTIC APPROACH
All work is delivered within a single integrated psychotherapeutic framework:

Psychotherapy & Coaching
An integrative approach built on DBT and ACT, designed to support emotional regulation, psychological flexibility, and lasting behavioural change.

Advanced Clinical Hypnosis
To work directly with subconscious processes where emotional and behavioural patterns are formed and maintained.

EMDR
To process and integrate nervous system activation, reducing reactivity and supporting adaptive resolution of past experiences.

Somatic and Inner-Child Work
To integrate early attachment experiences and embodied emotional memory that continue to shape present-day responses.
Deliberately paced to support regulation, integration, and long-term steadiness.
