Foundation Shift offers a structured entry point into the Level Up Method, designed for individuals navigating a specific challenge or pattern who want focused, professional support.

Many people reach a point where something in their emotional life, relationships, or inner experience feels difficult to move through on their own.

Sometimes this is connected to a specific situation or recent challenge. Other times it may be a recurring pattern that has become increasingly difficult to ignore.

​

Foundation Shift is designed for situations where focused therapeutic support can help create clarity and forward movement.

​

This might include periods of emotional overwhelm, heightened anxiety or stress, relationship difficulties, or patterns of thinking and reacting that feel difficult to shift.

​

For some individuals, this programme also serves as a thoughtful entry point into deeper therapeutic work, particularly if they are new to therapy or prefer to begin with a shorter period of focused engagement.

The aim of Foundation Shift is to create meaningful movement in patterns that feel stuck, overwhelming, or difficult to navigate alone.

Through the Level Up Method, the work engages both conscious understanding and deeper subconscious and nervous system processes.

​

  • During this programme we may work to:

  • Identify patterns contributing to the current challenge

  • Reduce subconscious resistance and automatic stress responses

  • Strengthen emotional regulation and psychological flexibility

  • Shift unhelpful beliefs, habits, or mindsets that maintain the pattern

  • Begin processing underlying emotional or trauma-related responses where appropriate

  • Develop a clear and practical direction for change moving forward

The work is structured and focused, while still allowing space for deeper emotional and subconscious shifts to emerge.

HOW THE WORK UNFOLDS

Foundation Shift follows the core therapeutic rhythm used throughout the Level Up Method, spaced comfortably at one session per week. ​ Rather than a rigid format, our weekly sessions are fluid and responsive—dynamically blending or alternating between two distinct layers of healing based on what your mind and body need most in any given week: ​

Conscious Integration:

Focusing on emotional understanding, behavioral change, and relational patterns while strengthening emotional regulation and psychological flexibility. This work helps translate insight into practical change in daily life, drawing from approaches such as Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Attachment-Based Psychotherapy.

Subconscious & Nervous System Processing:

Dedicated to deeper emotional release through an advanced clinical hypnosis process. Within this focused state of attention, approaches such as EMDR, Somatic Processing, and Inner-Child Work are integrated to address emotional memory, subconscious beliefs, and conditioned nervous system responses. ​ Moving adaptively between these layers allows us to engage both conscious insight and deeper nervous system regulation. Spacing this work week-by-week ensures you have the essential time needed to safely process and integrate changes between sessions. ​

 

All sessions are conducted virtually via secure video.

As the work progresses within Foundation Shift, individuals often begin to notice greater clarity around what they are experiencing and the patterns contributing to the current challenge.

Some people begin to understand the emotional, behavioural, or relational dynamics influencing their situation. Others notice that reactions which previously felt confusing or overwhelming begin to soften, creating space for new ways of responding.

​

Over time, individuals may experience:

  • Increased clarity about the patterns contributing to their current situation

  • A reduction in emotional overwhelm, anxiety, or reactivity in certain situations

  • Meaningful shifts in unhelpful beliefs, habits, or ways of interpreting experiences

  • Improved ability to pause, reflect, and respond more intentionally

  • Progress in processing and resolving trauma related experiences where relevant

  • Greater confidence navigating challenges, relationships, and important life situations

  • A clearer sense of direction for the changes they want to create

For many individuals, these shifts can lead to substantial or complete resolution of the challenges that initially brought them to therapy, including trauma related patterns.
