The Level Up Method is a structured therapeutic framework designed to support deep and lasting psychological change. It works across three interconnected layers — conscious, subconscious, and somatic/nervous system — to address emotional, relational, and behavioural patterns at their root.
In my practice, the Level Up Method is delivered through integrative psychotherapy grounded in DBT and ACT, alongside a distinct complementary process that incorporates clinical hypnosis, EMDR, somatic awareness, and inner-child healing. These two processes work in tandem within a safe relational space, allowing conscious insight to meet subconscious healing while gently releasing stored activation in the body.
• Conscious layer: We clarify emotional and relational patterns, identify triggers, and cultivate reflective awareness and intentional choice.
• Subconscious layer: We gently update automatic emotional responses and reprogram outdated protective mechanisms to foster internal safety and coherence.
• Somatic/nervous system layer: We release stored activation, repair early attachment patterns, reorganise defensive responses, and expand your emotional range.
When these layers are addressed together through the two processes working in tandem, change becomes more consistent, embodied, and sustainable.
The foundation is integrative psychotherapy grounded in DBT and ACT (with attachment-based principles), which supports emotion regulation, psychological flexibility, acceptance, and values-driven living.
Alongside this is a distinct complementary process that incorporates clinical hypnosis, EMDR, somatic awareness, and inner-child healing. These two processes work in tandem — the DBT/ACT framework provides relational structure and practical skills, while the complementary process gently accesses deeper subconscious and somatic levels for integration and release.
Regular talk therapy often focuses primarily on conscious understanding. The Level Up Method is more layered and integrative. It deliberately combines relational psychotherapy with tools that reach subconscious patterns and nervous system activation, so insight translates into embodied, lasting change rather than remaining intellectual. The work is paced to support regulation first, then deeper integration, and finally long-term steadiness.
Therapy is offered through three structured programme pathways, each with a consistent rhythm (typically two sessions per week — one focused on psychotherapy/integration and one on deeper subconscious and somatic processing):
• Foundation Shift (3 weeks): Focused support for stabilisation and clearer emotional or behavioural patterns.
• Deep Integration (6 weeks): For recurring emotional, behavioural, or relational patterns that need more thorough work.
• Profound Renewal (12 weeks): For long-standing or complex patterns shaped by trauma, developmental history, or identity.
The Level Up Method is deliberately paced to support regulation, integration, and long-term steadiness rather than rushing through material. Each programme follows a consistent therapeutic rhythm that balances skill-building and deeper processing. This structure helps prevent overwhelm while creating steady momentum and sustainable change. All sessions are conducted virtually via secure video, so you can engage from a space where you feel most comfortable and private.
This approach is ideal for adults who are ready for deeper, layered work and committed to consistent engagement. It particularly supports those experiencing persistent emotional patterns, relational challenges, nervous system dysregulation, burnout, or the impact of past experiences — even if previous therapy provided insight but not full integration or relief.
The best way to find out is through a complimentary consultation. During this no-obligation conversation, we’ll explore your current experiences, your goals, and whether this structured, multi-layered approach feels like a good fit for your needs and nervous system. There is no pressure to commit — it’s simply an opportunity to see if we’re a good match.
