WHY THERAPY IS DELIVERED THROUGH PROGRAMMES
Many people come to therapy with a strong understanding of themselves, yet still notice patterns that continue to repeat.
Traditional open-ended therapy can sometimes move slowly because there is no clear structure guiding the depth, rhythm, or duration of the work.
The Level Up Method approaches therapy differently.
By organising therapy into focused programmes, the work unfolds with greater clarity and momentum. Each programme represents a defined period of intentional therapeutic engagement, creating a steady rhythm of sessions that supports deeper exploration and meaningful progress.
Meaningful psychological change requires time, attention, and commitment. Structured programmes help create the conditions where that work can unfold consistently and effectively.
Since the work is more focused and intensive, many people find that structured programmes allow them to move through important patterns more efficiently than traditional open-ended therapy, often making the process both more effective and more cost-conscious over time.

HOW THE PROGRAMMES WORK
All programmes follow a consistent therapeutic rhythm designed to support both conscious insight and deeper emotional processing.
Most programmes include two sessions per week, each serving a distinct role within the therapeutic process.
One session focuses on psychotherapy and conscious integration, supporting emotional understanding, behavioural change, and practical application in daily life. This work draws from approaches such as Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Attachment-Based Psychotherapy.
The second session focuses on subconscious and nervous system processing, integrating clinical hypnosis with methods such as EMDR, somatic processing, and inner-child work.
Working across these layers within the same week allows therapy to engage both conscious insight and deeper subconscious and nervous system processes. Over time, this coordinated structure helps patterns shift in ways that are often difficult to achieve through insight alone.
THE PROGRAMME PATHWAYS
The Level Up Method is offered through three structured programmes, each designed to support a different depth of therapeutic work.
Some individuals come with a clearly defined challenge they would like to address. Others are navigating longer-standing patterns that require deeper exploration and change.
These programmes provide a structured framework for engaging in focused therapeutic work while allowing the process to unfold at the client's pace.
FOUNDATION SHIFT
3 Week Programme
Focused therapeutic support for clearly defined emotional or behavioural patterns, periods of heightened stress, or specific life challenges.
This programme helps create stability, clarity, and forward momentum when something in life feels stuck or overwhelming.
For some individuals, it can also serve as a thoughtful entry point into the work, particularly if they are new to therapy or would prefer to begin with a shorter period of focused engagement.
DEEP INTEGRATION
6 Week Programme
Designed for recurring emotional, behavioural, or relational patterns that require deeper therapeutic exploration.
This programme allows sufficient time to identify underlying dynamics, process emotional patterns, and begin establishing more sustainable ways of thinking, responding, and relating.
For many individuals, this pathway provides the core depth of work, offering a meaningful period of consistent therapeutic engagement where insight, emotional processing, and behavioural change can develop together.
PROFOUND RENEWAL
12 Week Programme
A comprehensive therapeutic process for longer-standing or complex patterns shaped by trauma, developmental experiences, or identity.
This programme provides extended time and therapeutic continuity to work across emotional, subconscious, and nervous system levels.
For individuals seeking deeper structural change, this pathway allows patterns to be explored and reorganised with the time and consistency often required for lasting transformation.
FINDING THE RIGHT STARTING POINT
Many people are unsure which programme may be the best place to begin.
The consultation helps clarify which pathway is most appropriate for your current situation. If it becomes clear during the work that more time would be beneficial, programmes can always be extended or progressed to a deeper pathway.
The goal is not to choose perfectly at the beginning, but to begin in a way that feels thoughtful and manageable.
These programmes are designed for individuals who are ready to engage in meaningful therapeutic work.
Many people who begin this process already have some insight into themselves, yet still notice patterns that continue to repeat in their emotional life, relationships, or sense of self.
The Level Up Method is particularly well suited for individuals who:
-
want more than short-term coping strategies
-
are ready to explore deeper patterns and emotional dynamics
-
value a structured and thoughtful therapeutic process
-
are open to working at both conscious and subconscious levels
Meaningful change requires attention, curiosity, and commitment. These programmes are designed for those who are ready to engage with that process in a focused and supportive way.
