WHEN DEEP INTEGRATION MAY BE THE RIGHT FIT
Many individuals who seek therapy notice patterns in their lives that continue to repeat despite effort, reflection, or previous therapeutic work. These patterns may appear in emotional responses, relationships, ways of thinking, or how a person navigates stress, challenge, and important life situations.
Deep Integration is designed for individuals who want the space and consistency needed to explore these patterns more fully and engage in deeper therapeutic work.
This programme may be particularly helpful for those experiencing recurring anxiety, persistent stress or overwhelm, trauma related patterns, emotional reactivity, relationship difficulties, self critical thinking, mood instability, or challenges associated with ADHD or other forms of neurodivergence.
The extended timeframe allows the work to move beyond surface understanding, supporting deeper insight, integration, and meaningful change over time.

WHAT WE WORK
ON TOGETHER
The aim of Deep Integration is to support meaningful and lasting transformation in patterns that have persisted over time, particularly those that continue to repeat despite insight, effort, or previous therapeutic work.
Through the Level Up Method, the work engages both conscious understanding and deeper subconscious and nervous system processes. The extended timeframe allows these layers of the therapeutic process to unfold more fully, supporting deeper integration and change.
During this programme we may work to:
-
Explore recurring emotional, behavioural, and relational patterns in greater depth
-
Identify underlying beliefs, experiences, and internal dynamics that maintain these patterns
-
Reduce subconscious resistance and automatic stress or protection responses
-
Strengthen emotional regulation, resilience, and psychological flexibility
-
Process underlying emotional or trauma related material where appropriate
-
Develop new ways of responding to situations, relationships, and internal experiences
-
Integrate therapeutic insights into sustainable changes in daily life
Since the programme extends over a longer period, the work can move beyond surface level insight, allowing new patterns of thinking, feeling, and responding to gradually stabilise.
HOW THE WORK UNFOLDS
Deep Integration follows the same therapeutic rhythm used throughout the Level Up Method.
Most programmes include two sessions per week, each serving a distinct role within the therapeutic process.
One session focuses on psychotherapy and conscious integration, supporting deeper understanding of emotional, behavioural, and relational patterns while strengthening emotional regulation, psychological flexibility, and values-aligned action. This work also helps translate insight into practical change in daily life and draws from approaches such as Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Attachment-Based Psychotherapy.
The second session is dedicated to deeper subconscious and nervous system work through an advanced clinical hypnosis process. Within this focused state of attention, approaches such as EMDR, Somatic Processing, and Inner-Child Work are integrated to address emotional memory, subconscious beliefs, and conditioned nervous system responses.
Working across these layers within the same week allows therapy to engage both conscious insight and deeper subconscious and nervous system processes.
All sessions are conducted virtually via secure video.

WHAT CHANGE MAY LOOK LIKE
As the work progresses within Deep Integration, individuals often begin to notice meaningful shifts in how they understand themselves and respond to situations in their lives.
Some people develop a clearer awareness of the patterns shaping their thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and relationships. Others begin to notice that reactions which once felt automatic or overwhelming start to soften, creating space for new ways of responding.
Over time, individuals may experience:
-
Greater insight into emotional, behavioural, and relational patterns that have shaped their experiences
-
A reduction in the intensity or frequency of anxiety, stress responses, or emotional reactivity
-
The clearing and processing of underlying trauma related experiences where relevant
-
Shifts in long standing beliefs, self critical thinking patterns, or internal narratives
-
Improved ability to regulate emotions and navigate challenging situations
-
Greater clarity and confidence in relationships, boundaries, and decision making
-
A growing sense of internal stability, resilience, and psychological flexibility
These changes often develop progressively throughout the programme and may continue to deepen beyond it.
